At ProSwizzles, we offer precise, professional skate sharpening designed to bring out the best in every blade. Sharpenings typically take just 5–10 minutes by appointment, so you can avoid long waits for service.

We’ve studied every major blade design—from basic straight cut, tapered, side-honed, and parabolic profiles to advanced models like Jackson Matrix, John Wilson Phoenix, and Paramount blades. Each blade has its own “personality,” and we account for these differences with meticulous technique to ensure consistent, even edges every time.

Each brand of boot and blade has its own unique design and care requirements, and we’ve traveled to factories around the world to learn directly from manufacturers how their products should be treated.

By following these manufacturer guidelines, we not only preserve valid warranties but also respect the craftsmanship behind each boot. At the same time, we enhance this approach with precise measurements and technical knowledge gained through our own skating experience and customer feedback.

We consider blade mounting as more of an art than a simple measured approach. Because of this, we adapt each mount to each skaters’ individual preferences.

For beginning skaters, we start with a standard centered mount to provide a balanced foundation. As skaters advance and discover their personal preferences, we adjust the mounting to follow those natural deviations.

Our temporary mounts are usually accurate from the initial setup, but we can fine-tune by millimeters to match each skater’s needs. Once the ideal position is confirmed, we complete a permanent mount to secure the blade in place with precision and confidence.

Our services extend beyond sharpening, mounting, and shaping—we also offer accessory solutions and technical care to maximize the life and performance of your equipment.

We provide arch support and insole adjustments to improve comfort and alignment, as well as apply logical (and sometimes creative) approaches to troubleshooting new issues as they arise. We also plug and repair old holes to preserve mounting integrity, waterproof leather outsoles for added durability, and ensure that every adjustment respects the craftsmanship of the boot. When warranty concerns come up, we work within manufacturer guidelines to maintain valid coverage while giving skaters immediate, practical support.
